Man gibt den Autokraten nicht nur kampflos, sondern in vorauseilendem Gehorsam die Mittel an die Hand, Opposition und Zivilgesellschaft zu unterdrücken. Das sind Umbaumaßnahmen, wie man sie eigentlich nur von eben solchen Autokraten, nicht von funktionierenden Demokratien kennt.

Es wird eng, nur noch wenige Tage, bis die deutsche Bundesregierung ihre Meinung vermutlich ändert, wodurch der EU Vorschlag eine Mehrheit hätte.
