Just cooked up a quick Mastodon theme for #ktistec :)聽https://src.jayvii.de/pub/ktistec-tweaks/file/css/mastodon.css.html

It is almost tragic that the only bearable news reading experience on the desktop is delivered by freaking #newsboat #newsbeuter #rss

Since all my websites and web-tools use the phenomenal #SimpleCSS framework, I thought it would also make sense to create a theme for #ktistec using those exact colours. Of course, this is also available from my ktistec-tweaks, next to the old purpleish-theme, which I had before.
Also new is the separation of the card-style post theming, which is also shown in the screenshot below, in its own CSS file.

So either I completely misunderstood how the #Nitrokey 3 NFC chip should have worked with #Android (at least supports fido2 and apparently PGP), or the #Fairphone 4 does not play nicey with this... Real bummer, because this is basically a brick for me 50% of the time now

Anyone else with this ridiculous issue on the #FairPhone 4 #FP4? Struggling with this for MONTHS now. Relatively low usage today (ca. 1h screen time). Cellular data is pushing through my battery life like nothing else. I barely get a day out of it, even on idle. #Android

Dear #Mozilla, please seize the opportunity and go the other direction than #Google #Chrome. We need a truly open, #FOSS browser for and by the people, not corporations.

My #Fairphone 4 is draining battery like crazy over the past few months. Surely, I should buy a new battery for it soon (software says, a full charge is around 3350 mAh instead of 3900 mAh it had back in 2021 when I bought it), but this cannot be the only issue here...
Not using it at all drains around 2-3%/h and simply web browsing or a short YouTube video sometimes drains 30%/h (extrapolating). Sometimes, the device is warm even when I haven't used it for hours. The Energy-consumption settings page lists cellular connection as the top consumer next to display (when using the phone). That is, even when the device sits motionless at a spot with perfect 4G or 5G connectivity. It is only bearable in energy-saving mode (1%/h).
I've been researching online, and it looks like a bunch of people have that issue. People are speculating it is a non-functional deep-sleep in some circumstances. I wonder if a factory reset (or switch to #LineageOS?) could help.
Did anyone have similar experience with #FP4 or even other #Android devices?

Bring back the #2000s vibe, listening to music on a fully offline device. Yes, I bought a freaking #MP3Player. Mainly for sports and commuting.
Comes with an old-school, awkward UI, a battery for almost three days non-stop listening to #music, Bluetooth and USB-C. 馃 About the size of my thumb, even a little bit smaller than that. Pretty neat!

Upgrading to #Debian13 one day before the official release, because I am that adventurous #Debian #Trixie #DebianTrixie
