Due to the heat today, a salad was pretty much the only dinner idea we found enjoyable. Was a good one though! Green salad, tomatoes, a peach, walnuts, onions, kimchi, chickpeas, and soy-based "meat" stripes #vegan #food

Frage an die #vegan Bubble in Deutschland: kennt ihr außer alpro noch andere Marken, die #Sojadrink/#Sojamilch (oder auch Erbse) mit #Calcium verkaufen?

Bis dato hatte ich noch Alnatura Soja-Alge gefunden, aber die gibt es seit kurzem nicht mehr hier im Handel.

Bei Hafermilch mit Calcium gibt es eine halbwegs breite Auswahl, bei #Soja aber anscheinend fast nichts...

Last night we ended the year with something we refer to as "Strudelvester" from now on. A hearty strudel with gravy and potatoe salad as the main course and a sweet apple strudel with vanilla ice cream as a second course. As always, all #vegan
