I really wish there was an e-mail client that was remotely as powerful, customizable and easy to use as #astroidmail (repo). I tried #aerc and other #notmuch clients too, but none I tried so far matched astroid. Unfortunately, it hasn't received meanigfullmaintainance for a while (although since last summer, there are indeed a bunch of smaller commits again).
Does anyone have any suggestions?

For all the hype around #Thunderbird 115, I find it excitingly unexciting. It doesn't look like an application from the earlier past decade anymore, it still has all the functionality power users would expect and does a lot of things so much better than before. More importantly it JustWorks™. There is no learning curve if you have ever used Thunderbird before.
I have dabbIed with many alternatives in the past (particularly #notmuch based, e.g. #astroid which I have used for over a year exclusively), but Thunderbird's #SuperNova update finally feels like the innovation that makes it stick for good (for me anyways...)
