Dear #bread baking community. How do you let your yeast dough rise during fall, when the heater is not yet on, but room temperatures aren't high enough anymore to let it rise well

Or: Set the oven to 50°C (or whatever the lowest mark on the thermostat is) for 2 minutes, then quickly check by waving your hand in it, switch it off, put the dough in and close the door. It’ll stay cozy in there for at least 30 minutes if it’s a halfway modern oven.
