#Fennec #FDroid has not been updated in months and apparently has known vulnerabilities. So which webbrowser are #privacy contious #Android users using these days? There is always #Mull & #Mulch from #DivestOS, I suppose. #Firefox

@jayvii Mull got taken down by the same vulnerability, apparently its some issue compiling Firefox because of a change Google made in a library.

@schizanon hm, at least in DivestOS' F-Droid repo, it has been updated mid october (version 131.0.3). This is the same version as Firefox from Playstore and was released 1 day afterwards. as opposed to Fennec F-Droid (version 129.0.2 from august).

@jayvii yes, Fdroid requires them to build without the google stuff, which slows down the process, but is worth it.

@jayvii I've been using Mull, but got this warning from F-Droid a couple of days ago and I removed it. I'm now using Vanadium on GrapheneOS.
